Furniture rental

Services:

• Rental of tables, rolling tack boards, chairs, risers and podiums to the University Community.

How do I request or access this service?

• FMIS

Service Standard

• Within five working days if request received before 2:30.

Rates

• For one week period, or portion of a week. 
• Includes delivery, pick-up and set-up for up to 20 pieces.
• Chair $3
• Table $7
• Rolling tack board $20

Other information

• Delivery Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. weekdays.
• Furniture inventory is limited; requests are processed on a first come, first served basis.
• Delivery or pick-up to secure, indoor locations only.
• Table size  30"  x  6’       Tack board size  4’ x 4’
• For clean-up or a large (more than 20 pieces) set-up/breakdown, please raise a separate work request for Janitorial service.
• Furniture is available for University functions only.
