• maintenance and repair of chemical waste systems in laboratories
• maintenance of natural gas and air distribution systems
• servicing fire sprinkler systems, valves, hydrants and fire hose cabinets
• repair of swimming pool piping
• supporting campus events
• testing and installation of backflow prevention devices
• maintenance and repair of sanitary sewer and perimeter drainage systems
• flat roof and drainage system maintenance and repair
• maintenance of neutralization chambers and distillation equipment
