L. Kiran S. Kumar receives MITACS award

June 20, 2007 - L. Kiran S. Kumar has been chosen to receive the MITACS award for "Best Novel Use of Mathematics in Technology Transfer", for his internship work at Carmanah while completing his MASc in Electrical and Computer Engineering under the direction of Dr. Gordon. The award of $500 was presented at the CMS-MITACS Joint Conference 2007.
