Lianne Charlie

UVic History graduate student Lianne Charlie is part of the Kwanlin Dun First Nation in the Yukon, but she hadn't visited her family since moving to Victoria as a child. Graduate fellowships made it possible for her to travel to Whitehorse and discover how her academic goals connect with her family's history - and future.
