Where to find textbooks

• Use UVic bookstore’s ‘find your textbook’ to see what books you need.
• Use the course reserves tab on the library website if your instructor has told you there are materials in course reserves for your classes.
• Books might also be available through Library Search as an e-book.
• Try searching for your book using Google books.
• Check local libraries -- Greater Victoria public library and Camosun College library.

• New and used copies are available in the bookstore. Look at the textbook buying survival guide for details about return policies, used books, and more.
• SUBtext, (located in the Student Union Building), is a consignment bookstore.
• Join the facebook group, set up by students to buy, sell or trade textbooks.
• Check local or online used bookstores. Try abebooks, alibris, and amazon.
