Our faculty, staff and students are held to very high standards of academic performance and ethical conduct, and our program of study integrates critical and intellectually challenging coursework, an Indigenous ethical framework for conducting research, and requires the establishment of long-term and mutually productive working relationships with Indigenous communities.
Students will gain an understanding of the philosophical and political dimensions of governance in Indigenous communities, as well as a background in the theory, methods, and tools appropriate for and relevant to research among Indigenous people.
