Your website is a key part of your communications strategy - we want to help you make it the most effective tool possible for the audiences you need to reach! We're here to provide assistance, guidance and resource coordination at every step:

Key features of our delivery model include a single point of contact (webcoor@uvic.ca) for all new sites or site redesigns; a single point of accountability (Director, UVic Communications); and a four-month timeline on all basic projects.

Initiate a new website or website redesign

1. Contact the university web coordinator at webcoor@uvic.ca.

2. We'll arrange a meeting with you to discuss your project. We'll let you know about resources available to you, including:

   • tools and templates

   • guidelines and policies

   • training

   • support with site development, web design, interaction design, content editing and creation

3. We'll work with you to plan your project goals and timeline.
