Getting from Idea to Done!

This course teaches you the essentials of execution, strategy, leadership, innovation, and decision making, including key roles and responsibilities, as well as understanding all of the key steps in the strategy execution methodology - from idea to done.

This 2 day seminar incorporates proven Strategy Execution Methodology (SEM) with techniques instruction. Participants will operate in small teams (3-4 per team) to learn and implement strategy execution processes. This strategic execution methodology was developed to help companies stay on track, aligning projects with key initiatives to achieve desired outcomes. The SEM goes beyond a typical checklist to address a more holistic and, therefore, more effective approach to moving the business forward with an eye on the big picture.

This course is recommended to business and project personnel as well as anyone who interfaces with the corporate portfolio of programs and projects. It is designed for people in private and public organisations, from analysts to managers and directors, who are seeking to get a recognized certificate in their strategy execution capabilities, becoming the real strategy execution supporters of their organizations.

Whether you are here to learn every aspect of strategy or to brush up on knowledge that isn’t used regularly, this course will instil robust foundations of strategy execution in your role.

It is also designed for organisations that seek to build or sustain their current strategic direction and enable their most avid specialists to mobilize their efforts based on the current best practices in business performance management.
