The University of Victoria's Records Management (RM) program is operated by the University Archives.
The aim of the Records Management program is to help staff answer these three questions:
- What records do I have?
- Where are they?
- How long do I need to keep them?
Robust records management, developed within a framework that includes privacy and information security, enables effective business processes, privacy compliance, and the preservation of the university’s institutional memory.
