On-campus appointments

If you're planning to visit our campus, meet in person with a UVic recruiter to talk about your future at UVic!

On-campus appointments are offered Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), from 9:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
Availability is sometimes limited, and we'll work with you to find a time that fits.

COVID-19 precautions

Masks are required in all indoor spaces at UVic.
Appointments for groups of 1-2 people (e.g. one student and one parent) will be held in private offices.
Appointments for larger groups of 3 or more people will be held in open, public spaces.
- If you prefer privacy, two people can meet with the recruiter while the rest of your group waits separately.

Virtual online appointments

Requests must be received at least two (2) business days in advance, and are subject to availability. For requests within two days, call 250-721-8949 to check availability.
