Planned system maintenance April 5

In order to perform necessary system maintenance, an outage window for multiple enterprise applications is required on Thursday, April 5th from 8:00 pm to 12:30 am.

The following systems will experience a short period of downtime during the outage window:

  • CourseSpaces
  • Banner (Finance, Human Resources, Student)
  • FAST
  • Online Admissions Application
  • Facilities Management Information Systems (FMIS)
  • UVic Portal and MyPage Self Service
  • UVic Mobile app
  • PaperCut
  • NetLink and Identity Management Systems
  • All APEX applications
  • Applicant Information Review System (AIRS)
  • Oracle Reporting Database
  • Viewcat
  • Parking Management System
  • Infosilem EnCampus
  • Blackboard Transact (ONECard)
