Identity management system upgrade: 12 pm Friday Jan. 25 to 6 pm Sat Jan. 26

On January 25th the University Of Victoria’s identity management system identity.uvic.ca (IIQ) will undergo an upgrade.

The identity.uvic.ca (IIQ) service will be unavailable at times during the upgrade over the upgrade weekend starting at 12 noon on Friday January 25th until 6pm Saturday January 26th. During the outage window, the NetLink service, uvic.ca/accounts, will be unavailable for password changes or the creation of new NetLink accounts.

This IIQ upgrade is a major version change which introduces a mobile friendly interface and significant changes to the user navigation.
