Disruption of UVic IT services January 21

We experienced a network issue this morning that impacted a number of online services including UVic.ca, wireless, email, Banner and CourseSpaces. The issue was resolved and services were restored but additional short interruptions may be necessary to fully stabilize services. Email may be slow to arrive due to a backlog since the outage.

We are continuing to investigate the root cause of this issue with the vendor and we appreciate your patience while we stabilize services.
