Major system maintenance outages – Friday February 24, 2012 from 6:00 p.m. to midnight

There will be an outage of major university software systems on Friday February 24, 2012 scheduled from 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. This outage is required to perform necessary system maintenance and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

This outage will affect Banner and any system that receives a data feed from Banner, including but not limited to:

  • My page self service (all functionality within the following tabs: Student services, Employee services, Development services)
  • Banner
  • Workflow
  • BDMS/Xtender
  • FAST
  • uHire
  • FLEX1P
  • Emergency notification system
  • SAS
  • Papercut

We expect that the outage for Banner and My page will be limited to one hour from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Other systems such as Papercut and the ATRS system (CLASS) will be scheduled after closing hours to minimize impact on those facilities that utilize these services.
