Learning Management Systems for students: Moodle

Moodle is a Learning Management Systems (LMS) designed to allow students to participate in online classes or classes that use online materials and activities that complement face-to-face teaching.

Who can use this service?

How do I request or access this service?

Students currently enrolled in a course that uses Moodle can visit http://moodle.uvic.ca and login with their NetLink ID. Alternatively, students should have a Moodle link in their My page portal.

What is the cost for this service?

This service is provided free of charge.

When is this service available?

Moodle is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. Outages are posted at http://moodlehelp.uvic.ca. Alternatively, you can be informed of service interruptions by subscribing to Informed.
