Most of the computers are around the edges of the room, facing the wall. There's an island with more computers in the middle.

Presenting

 This room has AV system similar to the general classroom AV standard. It has:

  • touchscreen AV controls
  • 1 digital video projector
  • 1 interactive ("smart") display
  • 1 document camera
  • built-in classroom computer with webcam
  • video and audio laptop connectors (HDMI, VGA, 3.5mm audio)

The setup instructions on the general classroom AV page are largely accurate to this room. However, it's not supported by Audiovisual Services. Technical support contacts are posted on a sign in the room near the instructor's station.

The AV system in MAC D211 has the standard projector, computer, document camera and touchscreen controls. It also has a large-screen smart display which can show a different image than the projector.

Printing & scanning

Printing and scanning aren't available in MacLaurin D211. The closest lab printer and flatbed scanner are in HSD A131.

This room uses the general Mac lab software set as a baseline. They also have:
