Sound Recognition Test

Sound Recognition Test (O. Spreen & A.L. Benton, 1969)

This test is designed to assess the ability to recognize familiar sounds. The test may be presented in two forms. The first is the standard administration requiring verbal responses by the subject. The second form is an experimental version which permits multiple choice of written or picture responses. A complete test package includes: manual of instructional and norms, cassette tape of sound stimuli, set of picture/word stimuli and 20 recording sheets.
