Dr. Kiffer Card is a behavioural epidemiologist specializing in substance use, social systems, and the structural drivers of health inequity. His research leverages training and expertise in epidemiology and biostatistics, social and behavioral theory, and implementation science to address systematic inequities across a range of health outcomes. Currently, Dr. Card works as a researcher at the Canadian Institute for Substance Use Research and the Community-based Research Centre. He also holds an appointment as a post-doctoral fellow at the University of Victoria’s School of Public Health and Social Policy.
