Timetable submissions

Timetable submissions are collected using a web-based system called the Data Capture Utility (DCU). This method replaces the submission of paper spreadsheets and provides a number of benefits including improved efficiency and accuracy. Academic departments have used the DCU to enter timetable submissions since March 2015.

The DCU will be available for inputting the 2019 Summer Session timetable requests from November 14, 2018 to December 3, 2018 (tentative dates).

DCU training

Training sessions to support staff with their submission of the 2019 Summer Session timetable information: 

Presentation and demo to review how to submit course scheduling information using the DCU - for new staff or staff who'd like a refresher.

Drop-in Data Entry Sessions - work on your timetable submissions in a computer lab with support from Academic Timetable and Scheduling staff.
