COVID-19

Most COVID-19 restrictions have been eased or lifted by the Provincial Health Officer.  Field activity leads and participants must continue to follow the core safety measures in the UVic Communicable Disease Safety Plan, and include the following considerations in their safety and travel plans:

• any ongoing COVID-19 travel requirements, or other travel restrictions or advisories (local, provincial, federal, international) 
• entry requirements to local or Indigenous communities, including observing any local health and safety protocols
• plans for supporting individuals who may become ill with a communicable disease, including COVID-19, while in the field.
