UVic Libraries Research Toolkit

What is the Toolkit?
The Libraries Toolkit is an Open Education Resource created by the UVic Libraries to help students develop their information literacy. After completing the toolkit, students should be aware of the key concepts of information fluency, academic conventions and standards, be able to plan a research paper or project with these concepts in mind, and feel confident using the library, completing assignments, and meeting academic expectations.

This tutorial is available to anyone who wishes to use it, though some resources linked within it require a valid UVic Netlink ID to use.

Instructor Resources:

Instructor Guide A tip sheet on the tutorial and how you might use it with students.

Summary Guide  A listing of resources used within the guide, as well as supplementary resources.
