I am the Law and Government Publications Librarian and liaison librarian for  Gender Studies and European Studies.  Various subject guides for these areas are available on the LIbrary website, for example Government Publications Canada and Government Publications European Union.

I oversee various depository-like  programs including the Government of Canada, British Columbia, European Commission, and the Asian Development Bank. I also am responsible for the Libraries collection of policy and legislative documents (or e-documents) from governments and international integovernmental organizations.

MLS, University of Alberta. 1988 - 1996, Weir Law Library, University of Alberta. 1997 - 2009, University of Victoria: Associate Law Librarian at the Priestly Law Library. I added Government Publications to my subjects in 2005. I moved to the McPherson Library in 2009 and became the Government Publications Librarian and liasion librarian for Political Science, European Studies and Gender Studies.  I was the Coordinator, Learning & Research from  July 2013 to April 2015.

As of July 1, 2016 I have returned to the Law Library.  I continue to be responsible for Government Publications and be the liason librarian for Gender Studies.

Other duties I have in the Library include working with the Voyager ILS (catalogue) and liaison librarian activities for the Microforms collections.
