For the Love of Books: Selections from the Dr. Pat Kőster Book Collection
For the Love of Books: Selections from the Dr. Pat Kőster Book Collection exhibit showcased highlights from the collection of Patricia Kőster, an Associate Professor in the Department of English until 1995.
After her death, her family donated her large collection of early books to Special Collections. Eighteenth-century canonical works, works by women writers, conduct books, a 1526 Latin Bible from Leiden, and first editions of Pope and Dryden were among the volumes on display.
This exhibit, curated by Sandra Friesen and Janelle Jenstad with assistance by Jillian Phillips, Alexandra Coates, and Kevin Elliott, was on display in the Special Collections reading room from April 19 - May 31, 2012.

The exhibit, curated by Dr. Janelle Jenstad from the Department of English with assistance by Sarah Dawson, Telka Duxbury, Nathan Phillips and Brittany Vis, opened on October fourth and ran until mid-November 2012 in the Archives and Special Collections Reading Room.
