The Victoria Hand Project helps amputees in developing nations by providing them with a 3D printed upper-limb prosthesis. Through engineering, refinement and testing, they have created the "Victoria Hand", a great low cost alternative to the standard prosthesis. The Victoria Hand Project has partnered with many developing countries, they have put 3D print centers in these countries and have trained the staff who work in these centers to create, produce and fit the low cost prosthesis for patients. They are currently one of the top ten finalists for the Google Impact Challenge and with your vote, could win up to $750K!
