New CAO of Saanich is Paul Thorkelsson, MPA alumni

Paul Thorkelsson, who graduated from the MPA Online program in 2011, will assume the role of Chief Administrative Officer for the District of Saanich on January 4, 2016. Paul is currently the CAO at the Regional District of Nanaimo. Congratulations Paul!
