Dr. Kim Speers Discusses Protests at BC Legislature

Dr. Kim Speers spoke with CFAX 1070's Al Ferraby about the protests at the BC Legislature on Tuesday. They discussed how it was the protest, not the Throne Speech, that made the news and the importance of protest in a democracy.
