Bethany Moore wins IAEM scholarship
We are delighted to announce that MPA student, Bethany Moore, is the recipient of a scholarship provided by the International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM) Scholarship Program. The award was based on her high academic standing, excellent writing skills, and commendable reference letters.
The International Association of Emergency Managers (IAEM), which has more than 9,000 members worldwide, is the preeminent international non-profit organization of emergency management professionals. IAEM is dedicated to promoting the "Principles of Emergency Management" and representing professionals whose goals are saving lives and protecting property and the environment during emergencies and disasters. Their headquarters are in Falls Church, Virginia.
