During Canada’s Science Literacy Week, visit the Mearn Centre for Learning - McPherson Library’s big screen digital and 3D exhibit, as the UVic Libraries celebrates the life of former Chancellor and champion of Canadian and BC ecology, Ian McTaggart Cowan.

Campus Cousins medicine bag workshop

Indigenous students are invited join Métis Elder Barb Hulme for a medicine bag making workshop. Materials will be provided, but students are invited to bring their own medicines to put in their new bags.

The death of a loved one can be overwhelming. Loss is a universal event, yet grief is an individual experience. The purpose of this group is to explore the role grief plays in our healing process. *Group participation requires a referral from a counsellor.
