Course description

By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to identify and develop personal and organizational strategies to prevent, respond to and intervene in situations of bullying, discrimination and harassment in the workplace.


  • Critically assess the impact of bullying and harassment on individuals, teams, departments and the University;
  • Learn about UVic’s policy and procedures on discrimination and harassment
  • Develop strategies (both individual and systemic) to recognize, prevent and address bullying, discrimination and harassment in the workplace;
  • Apply learning to create an inclusive and respectful workplace
