Course description

Organizations in every sector of the economy are facing an unprecedented amount of change and with a one in three success rate, it is clear the old ways of planning and implementing change are no longer adequate for the task at hand. Leaders at all levels need to significantly increase their capacity for leading successful change to ensure survival during these turbulent times.

This course explores what participants must do to ensure change is successful. Utilizing The Integrated Approach to leading Change™, participants will apply the four essential competencies of effective strategic leadership, implementing successful change, leading people through transition and ensuring engaging communication to their specific roles in the organization.
