2018 leave allotments will be granted and available for viewing via MyPage by the end of February. Please ensure that your 2017 leave has been submitted and approved in order for year-end allotments to be processed.

Employees can order resource packages (also known as FSS Resources) through the Morneau Shepell intake centre and have it delivered to home or work – FREE! Packages contain info on various community resources, pamphlets and books, all of which are yours to keep.

The benefits office is located in Human Resources, Sedgewick Building, room B128 and administers all personnel benefit plans (medical, extended health, dental, life insurance and long term disability insurance) for faculty and staff.

Benefits vary significantly by employee group. Contact us for information about your individual benefits.

Our team determines eligibility and administers the enrollment process for the UVic pension plans. The Pension Services Office administers all other aspects of the pension plans.
