Kate joined the Gustavson School of Business in the summer of 2008 and is currently the Director of Administration for the undergraduate programs. Kate holds an MBA from Gustavson (2014) specializing in service management and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology (2005) from UVic. Kate enjoys creating and maintaining strong team environments and has a keen interest in workplace culture. On the program side, Kate believes it’s important for students to challenge themselves and others even if that means there is a risk of failure. She is passionate about creating diverse business leaders who think beyond the bottom line.
