San Francisco Giants Owner, Jeff Mallett, receives honorary professorship from the Gustavson School of Business

What: On Thursday, September 17, 2015, Jeff Mallett, principal owner of the San Francisco Giants, will present to more than 300 undergraduate students at the Peter B. Gustavson School of Business. This is Mallett’s fourth visit to the University of Victoria. During each visit he works with undergraduate students, providing them with insights gained from his successful career in innovative entrepreneurship.

The former president of Yahoo! understands the importance of fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in the business leaders of tomorrow. He makes the annual trek to Victoria to engage and inspire students; challenging them to pursue excellence and innovation in their careers. 

In recognition of his ongoing support and mentorship to their students, the Dean of the Gustavson School of Business, Saul Klein, will be presenting Mallett with a honorary professorship in business following his presentation.

Where: Engineering/Computer Science Building Rm. 123, University of Victoria.
