Submit final grades

Unless otherwise instructed, students with conditional offers of admission are required to submit official transcripts showing your final grades for the current school year.

An official transcript must be sent directly to UVic from the issuing organization via an electronic service, mail or courier. Transcripts received indirectly and/or by any other method will not be accepted by UVic.

  • Documents in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by notarized English translations.
  • If your official transcript is irreplaceable, it may be returned to you upon written request. Otherwise, the transcript will not be returned.

Your conditional offer of admission will not be finalized until your official transcripts are received and evaluated.
