Brief biography

I completed a PhD in Art History at the University of British Columbia in October 2015. My dissertation examined international air terminals and considered how their architecture and artworks are designed to order and affect passenger movement.

My broader research interests include the history and theory of modern and contemporary architecture and design, public artworks commissioned for public and semi-private spaces, early twentieth-century modernism, mathematics and art, history of photography, and theories of affect, space, and mobilities.
