SUBJECT: Change in departmental mail pick up and delivery frequency

Effective January 3rd the frequency of mail pick and delivery to university departments will be amended to reflect current mail volumes. The university will continue to have daily pick up and delivery from Canada Post.
If there is an urgent requirement, mail can be dropped off at the Distribution Services office, Saunders Annex Room 152 between 8:00am and 4:00pm weekdays. To request an unscheduled pick up or delivery please contact Distribution Services staff at distr@uvic.ca local 7610.
