Master student Cassandra Husband wins scholarship for her research on exercise identity

Congrats to student Cassandra Husband (EPHE), on winning the Master’s level Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarships awards from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research for conducting cutting edge research along Dr. Ryan Rhodes on how people shift from “I exercise” to “I am an exerciser”, and whether an exercise identity can help people stick to their exercise pattern even in high stress situations.
