About Kinesiology

Kinesiology involves the study of physical activity and its impact on health, society, and quality of life. Kinesiologists work in exercise science, sports management, athletic training and sports medicine, sociocultural analyses of sports, sport and exercise psychology, as well as fitness leadership. A degree in Kinesiology provides pre-professional training for physical therapy, occupational therapy, medicine, and many other health related fields.

There is a unique energy associated with the Kinesiology program. Nowhere else on campus will you encounter people so excited to be where they are, doing what they are doing.
