The Anti-Violence Project (AVP) is the on-campus sexual assault centre. Support services are totally confidential and available anyone who has experienced sexual violence or knows someone who has. AVP is trained to provide emotional support and can act as a bridge for anyone seeking counselling, health and/or legal services. UVic Pride Collective and Graduate Pride Group  is a social and a political organization advocating on behalf of queer students (including but not limited to gay, lesbian, bi, trans*, two-spirited, queer, questioning, & allied persons). The UVic Students of Colour Collective (SOCC) is a group of self identified students of colour operating as an advocacy group out of the University of Victoria. Society for Students with a Disability(SSD).  SSD includes both graduate and undergraduate students and is located in the SUB. From their website: "We represent the interest of a wide range of students on the University campus who self-identify as having one or more disabilities.
