Community-engaged research for faculty and staff

Community-engaged research in action
A professor of history at UVic since 1997, Dr. John Lutz works closely with Indigenous communities to document Indigenous views of colonial events and to unpack the historical significance of communicative acts, language and events. Lutz was one of two recipients of the 2016 Provost’s Engaged Scholar Award.
