Chairs/directors and deans are encouraged to work together to support the faculty members within the department in their pursuit of excellence in research and teaching.
Teaching excellence
The Learning and Teaching Centre offers a broad range of programs for new and experienced faculty, as well as graduate students. The Centre provides guidance on assessment of teaching, curriculum redevelopment and other teaching-related issues to chairs and directors.
Research excellence
