Course scheduling
Academic timetable submission of undergraduate and graduate on-campus course offerings for winter sessions are submitted to Scheduling in the first week of December. For off-campus winter course offerings, submissions are required in February. For summer session on-campus and off-campus course offerings, submissions are required by the last week in October.

Calendar administration
UVic graduate and undergraduate calendar information is updated every year. The deadline for submission of calendar changes is in October. See links on policy and curriculum change submission forms for more details.
