Call for Nominations for Student Representatives on the University of Victoria's Board of Governors and Senate!
2 students to be elected to the Board of Governors (1 year term)
16 students to be elected to the Senate (at least one student from each faculty and three students from the Faculty of Graduate Studies – 1 year term )
Nominations close Tuesday, February 5, 2013
Nomination papers must be signed by no fewer than three students eligible to vote, other than the candidate, and by the candidate. Nomination forms are available online or at any of these locations:
- Administrative Services Building, Room A138
- Student Union Building, Room B103
- Graduate Students’ Centre, outside Room 102
A nomination paper is not valid unless it is received in Administrative Services Building, Room A138, University of Victoria, not later than 4:30 p.m., on Tuesday, February 5, 2013.
All voting for students to the Senate and Board of Governors will be processed online, via the WebVote System. No paper ballots will be used for this election.
