The Planning and Priorities Committee was established following the adoption of the university's initial strategic plan. The university’s renewed strategic plan – A Vision for the Future: Building on Excellence – was approved by the Senate and Board of Governors in January 2012 after an extensive consultation process.  The Planning and Priorities Committee thanks the many individuals and groups on campus and in the broader community who contributed to the development of the plan.
