The Office of the University Secretary supports three foundations that exist to encourage the appreciation of, and financial support for, the work conducted at the University of Victoria.  These foundations are the University of Victoria Foundation, the Foundation for the University of Victoria, and the U.S. Foundation for the University of Victoria.  All three foundations are involved in receiving and administering donations, endowments and other acquisitions of funds and properties gifted to the university, for the benefit of the university, its faculty and students.
