Government Mandate Letter

Each year, the University of Victoria Board of Governors receives a Mandate Letter from the Minister of Post Secondary Education and Future Skills. This letter describes the accountabilities, roles and responsibilities of both parties.

The letter creates an opportunity for dialogue and supports an open, co-operative working relationship between the university and the provincial government.
