PaperCut transition to ONEcard

Starting July 28, all PaperCut printing will use funds from your ONECard Flex account. This will make it easier for everyone with funds to access one account.

The balance of your PaperCut printing account will automatically be transferred to your ONECard Flex account. You can check the balance of your ONECard Flex account at uvic.ca/onecard or using the UVic Mobile App.

You can add funds to your ONECard Flex account online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Interac Online payment at uvic.ca/onecard or using the UVic Mobile app. You can also add funds at the ONECard office, at the University Food Services office, or any University Food Services dining location. Parents, guardians, friends, and family can also add money to your ONECard with your V number and date of birth.

This change will provide you with the flexibility of using your ONECard Flex funds for printing as well as food services and other ONECard vendors on campus. You can also sign up to receive email alerts when your ONECard Flex account has a low balance.

PaperCut printing is available at the Computer Help Desk computing facilities, UVic Libraries, and computing facilities operated by the Faculties of Education, Fine Arts, Engineering, and the School of Earth and Ocean Sciences.

Contact the Computer Help Desk at helpdesk@uvic.ca or 250-721-7687 with any questions or concerns about this change.
