Responsibilities

Computer Help Desk

The Computer Help Desk provides all clients of the University with a single point of contact to receive assistance with services provided by University Systems.

Desktop Support Services

Desktop Support Services is contracted by departments to provide on-site desktop support to faculty and staff.
