Kate Moran was recently named president and CEO of Ocean Networks Canada at UVic. She was interviewed on how the NEPTUNE Project's underwater observatories are monitoring greenhouse gases and life under the Pacific Ocean, and will act as an early warning system for earthquakes and tsunamis.
