CARSA Fitness Sampler

Join a team of qualified fitness professionals from the Department of Athletics and Recreation for a fun, interactive and movement based lunch and learn. This mini workout will be a sampling of no equipment group fitness and yoga, and will suitable for all fitness abilities. Please arrive in comfortable clothing, with athletic footwear and prepared to move.
